My eating habits

These are my eating habits

For breakfast, I usually have to eat breads with eggs, butter, jamon, hot dog or cheese. Also, I eat sandwichs of avocado or chicken. I drink milk and, sometimes yogurt.  

For lunch, I almost always have to eat everyday dishes such as rice with chicken, noodles, fish, meats in general, and also vegetables. Many times the dessert is a fruit or a salad of them. I generally drink fruit juice, and I prefer to drink water instead of soda.

For dinner, I often have to eat a small portion of the lunch meal, and top it off with eggs, breads, or other toppings. I rarely eat fried foods and junk foods, and I usually drink coffee or tea.


Regional pizzas in Peru

Iquitos-style pizza 

It always has big slices of chorizo and dried meat on it. Usually has small porcions of olive, and sometimes has slices of regional cabanossi. People like eating this pizza with cocona chili cream.





Moyobamba pizza

Their pizzas are innovative with ingredients from the area, such as chorizo, jerky and some local vegetables. They are very delicious.



Chachapoyas pizza

The pizza has an excellent flavor, there are very diverse with some regional ingredients, such as the Chachahawaiana, baked in an artisan oven.



Tarapoto pizza

Pizza Kikiriki, has chicken with artisan doughs, entirely local ingredients. Accompanied by huancaina sauce.
